- 1. The subject of the order is: Successive purchase and delivery of hygiene products for the needs of the units of the University of Opole.2. The description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the description of the subject of the order.3. The contractor in the offer in attachment no 1A to SWZ, i.e. Description of the subject of the order (agreement)/Price specification, in the column marked with number 9 OFFER, the CONTRACTOR is obliged to indicate data clearly defining/identifying the offered assortment in relation to each of the items indicated in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, i.e.: name of the manufacturer or brand, product name, symbol or product code, if any, these data should be provided. If, in order to clearly identify the offered subject of the order (range), in addition to the name of the manufacturer or brand, product name and symbol or product code, it is necessary to provide additional markings, the Contractor is also obliged to indicate them so that there is no doubt for the parties to the proceedings what the subject of the order is offered by the Contractor. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to provide detailed parameters and... in the column marked No. 9 of Annex No. 1A to the SWZ.
