- The subject of the order is: Supply of electricity to facilities managed by Zakład Komunalny Społka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.3.1. General requirements and information regarding the subject of the order: 3.1.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annex No. 1.1. to SWZ OPZ.3.1.2. A detailed list and characteristics of energy consumption points are included in Annex No. 1.2. to SWZ - List of PPE and consumption forecast for 2026.3.1.3. The sale of electricity takes place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2024 item 266 from Mon. amendments) and implementing acts to the Act.3.1.4. The settlement will be based on current, actual indications of the measurement and settlement systems for each PPE, made available to the Contractor by the DSO.3.1.5.
