The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ., 3. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor., 4. The Ordering Party also allows the execution of the following items:conclusion of the contract by electronic means available on the Contractor's side, with the reservation that the Ordering Party will have electronic means enabling their receipt. 5.
