Description:
Successive purchase and delivery (over a period of 12 months) of software licenses available under one collective licensing program, dedicated to the education sector, divided into two types of licenses: a) perpetual licenses, b) temporary licenses.1. The description of the subject of the order is attached as appendix no 1A to SWZ.2. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.3. The Ordering Party requires the performance of the subject of the contract using electronic means available on the Contractor's side, with the reservation that the Ordering Party will has electronic means enabling their receipt, in particular by making them available via the software manufacturer's portal.4. Contractor's obligations:4.1. Application of manufacturer's prices resulting from the License Agreement less the discount granted (as part of the contract submitted by the Contractor offers). 4.2. By the 28th day of each month, sending the Ordering Party an electronic version of the Product List, prepared on the basis of the programs specified by the manufacturer, resulting from the License Agreement valid for the following month.
