Description:
1. Part No. 1 Purchase and delivery of a refrigerator for the Faculty of Medicine2. The description of the subject of the order in relation to part No. 1 is attached as Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in offer) available to the Contractor.4. As part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor, the Contractor is obliged to properly perform the subject of the order, including: delivering and bringing in a complete and assembled on-site assembly) of the subject of the order (with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order, i.e. Annex No. 1A to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as its installation and connection, as well as performance of all activities necessary for preparation of the subject of the order for fully functional work in accordance with its intended purpose, aimed at handing over the subject of the order to the Ordering Party complete and fully operational, within the time specified in point. 9.
