Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of a mini stimulation device for the Cosmetology program of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Opole.2. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1.1 to SWZ.3. The item of the order will be delivered To the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and within the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.4. As part of the proper performance of the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to deliver and bring in a complete and assembled (it is permitted on-site assembly) of the subject of the order (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order) to the room indicated by the Ordering Party, within the time specified in Chapter I. point. 4 SWZ. The contractor is obliged to install, connect and commission the item order along with performance of an operation check and operating instructions at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. If additional materials, elements and equipment are required for the delivered subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to their provision as part of the remuneration specified in the offer.5.
