Description:
The subject of the order is a data transmission service.
7 Terms of Order Specification (SWZ):
Contractors who meet the participation conditions may apply for the contract
in proceedings concerning technical or professional capacity.
The contractor will meet the condition if he proves that during the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of running the business is shorter - during this period, he performed,
and in the case of recurring or continuous services, it also performs, at least
two services, each of which met the minimum requirements:
7.1. the subject of the service was/is data transmission;
the scope of the service concerned/applies to the IP VPN network infrastructure;
the service concerned/applies to 200 geographically separate locations;
the service was/is provided continuously for a period of 12 months;
the value of the service was/is PLN 2,000 PLN 000.00 gross for a period of 12 months.
In the case of services continuing to be provided, the value of each service must be for a part
already performed, and not the entire scope of the service, including the future unrealized scope of the service.
In the case of services still being performed, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of each
of these services were provided at least to the extent required to demonstrate compliance with the condition for participation in the proceedings.
Another location will not be a location that differs only in number premises...
