1. The subject of the order is database cluster software with a warranty and a package technical support, implementation and data migration as part of the project entitled "Improving access to e-health services and digitization of treatment processes at the Saint John of Dukla Oncology Center of the Lublin Region in order to achieve full functionality and secure a full-profile, highly specialized diagnosis and treatment of oncological patients"
The Ordering Party did not divide the order into parts due to the fact that the order in question is technical, organizational and economic, it creates an inseparable whole. This decision will not distort competition by limiting opportunities applying for orders from smaller entities, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises. The subject of the order and its size correspond to the capabilities of entities from the SME sector. The decision was verified in terms of functionality and implementation methods used, and the structure of potential solutions was taken into account contractors on the market relevant to the subject of the contract.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to:
a) delivery and implementation of the subject of the contract together with the documents required in the SWZ to the registered office of the Ordering Party;
b) carrying out the environment installation and migration now databases used;
c) confirmation of the efficiency of the delivered subject matter of the contract;
d) conducting free training for the Ordering Party's administrators, confirmed by a protocol trained...
