Description:
The subject of the order is the adaptation of part of the premises of the village community center in Szumiow for the needs of the Day Care Home. The facility is located on plot no. 76/4 in the Szumiowo district, Radzy Chemiski commune. The scope of the contract does not include the purchase of equipment. The scope of construction works includes: in particular: - adaptation of the rooms of the village common room along with adaptation of the facility's accessibility for disabled people, excluding renovation works in rooms 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9, 1/15, 1/16 and 1/17, with the exception of installation works and other works necessary to implement the subject of the contract, - replacement sanitary water and sewage installations and hot water installations together with devices, - construction of a fire-fighting water supply system in the form of internal hydrants, - installation of a hot utility water tank equipped with an electric heater, - replacement of parts of electrical installations: basic lighting and emergency, plug sockets and circuits with accessories and connection in the electrical switchboard of installations from rooms excluded from the scope of the study, - installation of a fire alarm system, - installation of a fire alarm system, - w...
