Description:
The subject of the order is a project involving the thermal modernization of public buildings with care, educational and administrative functions located in the City of Gorzow Wielkopolski in the EPC formula within the meaning of the Energy Efficiency Act.As part of the joint implementation of the Project, ESCO will be obliged to design, finance and carry out construction and thermal modernization works, and will also be responsible for the technical maintenance of the facilities in the scope of the works performed and the equipment provided, including, among others,n. carrying out maintenance, repairs, overhauls and troubleshooting, and for energy management in order to obtain guaranteed savings in heat and electricity consumption in accordance with the principles specified in the EPC contract. It is initially assumed that thermal modernization activities will be carried out in 21 buildings. Sa detailed list of buildings can be found in the OPiW. The public entity does not exclude: the implementation of construction works to the extent that go beyond the works necessary to obtain the energy effect, the exclusion from the scope of the procurement of a building whose thermal modernization turns out to be ineffective or the introduction ofits place in another building, limiting the scope of construction works if their implementation will not be effective from the point of view of achieving the energy effect.
