Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a concentrated four-legged vaccine against Neisseria meningitidis (meningococci), Serogrupom A, C, W-135, Y.
In accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in SWZ and on the conditions specified in the planned provisions of the contract, which constitute an attachment to SWZ.
Part 1: Defended vaccine four-legged against neisseria meningitidis (meningococci), serogs A, C, W-135, Y for children from 6 weeks of life.
I. Determining the subject of the contract:
1 A, C, W-135, Y for children from 6 weeks of age. in an amount of 4,500 doses.
2. When choosing the best offer, the Employer reserves the right reduction of the purchase of medicinal products, but not more than 20% of the total subject of the contract in the event of exceeding the amount intended na implementation of the order or the creation of objective and justified needs, in particular changes in the demand among patients.
