Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order are forest management services as specified in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, Forest Act), covering work in the field of timber harvesting and skidding. These are worksrelated to the felling of trees and shrubs in the area where the road investment will be implemented: - Design and construction of the S19 expressway on the Dukla (without the Wza) - Barwinek (state border) section, approximately 18.2 km long. The subject of the order will be carried out in order to fulfill the obligations, Orderprovisions specified in Art. 20b of the Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 162) and decisions on environmental conditions for the implementation of the project; - Design and construction expensive expressowa S19 on the section from the Głos, Piastowe junction (without the junction) to the Dukla junction (with the junction) for approx. 10.1 km.
