Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of the task entitled Dehydration of the viaduct in Brzezina on DW 763. Removing rainfall to drainage ditches. 2. The scope of the fall includes: 1) designing the viaduct dehydration documentation; 2) acceptance of documentation from Ordering and PKP PLK SA; 3) obtaining the consent of PKP PLK SA for conducting works within the track; 4) grate performance in order to perform all the works included in the documentation; 5) construction of construction robs with the assembly of the HDPE collector; 6) reflections of the work by the Ordering Party and PKP PLK SA confirmed by the pocket protocol. 3. A detailed description and the method of implementation of the skewness contains a description of the subject of the skew (OPZ), Stancy Załczka No. 7 to SWZ and Wzr of the contract, Stannicy Zakzka No. 6 to SWZ.
