Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of the assortment described in detail in Annex 2A to SWZ.
The total number of parts in these proceedings: 11 (eleven), including:
1) medical devices, intended for administering contrasts, to Imaging Diagnostics Laboratory-Part 1-3
2) medicinal products in the form of liquids, for cytostatic drugs-parts 4-10
3) breast reconstruction nets for the oncological surgery department - part11.
All entries in SWZ regarding the offer also apply to the offer partial. If the SWZ is not included in the provision of which a specific article, paragraph, paragraph, condition, form, document, etc. - means that it applies to all parts.
3. Conditions for the performance of the order were also specified in the draft contract in Chapter XX SWZ.
