Drugs that are the subject of the contract must have permission to marketing in accordance with the Act of 06.09.2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2024 item 686) and be in the current "official list of medicinal products approved for marketterritory of the Republic of Poland or have valid as at the date of submission of offers, current permission to marketing a medicinal product issued by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission based on the legal provisions in force in this respect "(at the request of the contracting authority the contractoris obliged to show up to current registration certificates of the provided drugs).
