Beech tart - a product obtained by grinding dried bread; - free from soy and its derivatives; - loose structure and consistency (not lumpy), without lumps, natural color, may be non-uniform, taste and smell characteristic of dried bread; - packed in paper packaging or foil from 0.5 kg to 20 kg, appropriately marked; - shelf life of at least 1 month from the date of delivery; Mixed bread - a loaf weighing 0.320 kg, packed in a foil bag (made of material approved for contact with food); - sliced bread, thick slices 1-1.2 cm; - mixed bread; made from wheat flour (which constitutes most of the bread) and rye flour; - the product contains impurities and permitted additional substances - in accordance with currently applicable law; - free from soy and its derivatives; - long or round loaf, smooth or slightly porous, shiny skin, the color of the crust is from light brown to dark brown; - the crumb is evenly colored, dry to the touch, with good cutability, with a taste and smell specific to this type of bread; - bread free from defects that make it unsuitable for consumption, i.e. signs of spoilage, full...
