Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of canned meat, fish and pates to the Police School in Katowice.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order:
1) A complete list of the assortment that is the subject of deliveries and the maximum quantity of products ordered is provided in the assortment and quantity specification value constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ.
2) The given quantities are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase products in these quantities.
Failure to complete column No. 3 in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ or proposing products that do not comply with the requirements of the Ordering Party is equivalent to will result in rejection of the Contractor's offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law - as inconsistent with the terms of the order.
3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the subject of the order with a value of up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. Due to non-fulfillment of part of the order The contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims.
4. Delivery, unloading and carrying the subject of the order will be carried out at the Contractor's expense, included in the price of the products covered by the public procurement contract.
5. Delivery of the subject of the order will be made by means transport of the Contractor approved for the transport of food.
