- 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of dairy products to the Police School in Piła.
2. The procedure was divided into two parts:
PART NO. 1 - VARIOUS DAIRY PRODUCTS
PART NO. 2 - BUTTER, MILK, HARD CHEESE.
Each Contractor may submit an offer for one lot or more lotsspeaking. The ordering party will select the most advantageous offer separately for each part of the order.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and a full list of the assortment that is the subject of supplies and the maximum number of products ordered are provided in the Assortment and Quantity Specification, kwhich constitutes Annex No. 2A and 2B to the SWZ.
4. The given quantities are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase products in these quantities.
5. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the subject of the order worth up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. Due to the title noexecution of part of the order, the Contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims.
6. Delivery, unloading and carrying the subject of the order will be carried out at the Contractor's expense, included in the price of the products covered by the public procurement contract.
7.Delivery of order itemThe transport will be carried out using the Contractor's means of transport approved for the transport of food.
8.The contractor is obliged to have a current certificate of entry in the register of plants subject to official control of the competent authorities - in accordance with the Act of August 25, 2006 on safety... - Documents:
