The subject of the order are:
Deliveries of diesel and unleaded gasoline 95 for the Municipal Plant Communication Społka z o.o.
In Ostrołęka.
I: diesel oil
1) The expected demand for diesel in the period covered by the order is about 2030 m3 (i.e. OK.
2,030,000 liters, on average in a month around 169,167 liters).
2) The diesel offered must meet the requirements contained in the PN-EN 590: 2022-08 standard and in the Minister's Regulation
Climate and environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item
1018).
3) in the event of a change in the regulations or standards, the offered fuel must be in line with the changed regulations and standards.
4) Delivery of diesel, summer, transitional and winter oil after placing the order by the Ordering Party in periods
provided for PN-EN 590: 2022-08 and in the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of June 26 2024
matter of quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018).
5) minimum disposable delivery size - 18 m3 (18,000 liters of diesel).
II: Stenomo -free gasoline 95
1) The expected demand for unleaded gasoline 95 during the period covered by the order is about 997 M3 (i.e.
approx. 997,000 liters, on average around 83,083 liters).
2) The 95 unleaded gasoline offered must meet the requirements contained in the PN-EN 228+A1: 2017-06 standard and in
