The subject of the order is the successive delivery of disposable diapers for children to four Municipal Branches in Gliwice: - I Branch Gliwice, ul. Berbeckiego 10- II Branch Gliwice, ul. Mewy 34- 3rd Branch Gliwice, ul. eromskiego 26a- IV Branch Gliwice, ul. Kozielska 71Detailed description the subject of the order includes: a) APPENDIX No. 4 to SWZ - Price form with quality requirements and equivalence conditions. b) APPENDIX No. 5 - delivery specification, The products offered by the Contractor must be brand new and free from defects and must have the manufacturer's original packaging, cannot bears signs of use and must be of full value without damage, complete, must be provided with labels identifying the product and must meet the quality requirements indicated in Annex 4 to the Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ). The contractor will deliver the goods successively on the basis of the submitted The ordering party will place a partial order. The contractor will be entitled to remuneration only for the goods actually delivered.
