- 1. Description of the subject of the contract
1) The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable medical equipment for a multi -specialist hospital in Inowrocław, within 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
2) the duration of the contract process specified for 12 months may be extended byThe Ordering Party if the Employer has not used the amount of the assortment specified in the subject of the contract.
3) Delivery of disposable medical equipment will take place according to current orders within a maximum of 3 business days of receipt of the order, within 12 months from the dayof the contract.
4) Place of order processing: Multi -specialist hospital dr. Ludwika Błażek, ul. Poznańska 97, 88-100 Inowrocław.
5) Common dictionary of orders: CPV: 33141000-0 one-time, not chemical art. medical and hematological
6) a detailed description of the subject of the contract containsAnnex No. 2 to SWZ,
7) Designed provisions of the contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
8) Warranty and warranty
a) The contracting authority requires that the date of validity of the subject of the contract on the day of delivery was not shorter than 2/3 of the period specified by the manufacturer.
B) The required warranty period for the subject of the contract -24 months.
