Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of disposable products together with the lease of equipment for the Department of Cardiac Anaesthesiology for a period of 36 months (hereinafter referred to as the goods), described in detail and in the quantities given in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ together with the lease of equipment (hereinafter interchangeably referred to as the device or the subject of the lease), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.
2.On time order, the Contractor will provide a free deposit of the goods referred to in section 1, hereinafter referred to as the "commission commission". Under the conditions specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, the Contractor undertakes to deliver goods to the Ordering Party in the form of supplementing the commission referred to above and transfer the ownership of the goods to the Ordering Party upon their collection by the Ordering Party from the commission, and the Ordering Party undertakes to collect the goods and pay the agreed price for the goods collected from the commission. - applies to items 1-3.
3. If there is no demand for the product range covered by the subject of the order The Ordering Party reserves the right not to order part of the assortment specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, subject to section 4.
