Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of compatible disposable products by the Contractor with the IONIC RF device for thermolesion treatments for the Pain Treatment Clinic, hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the goods, described in detail in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. If there is no demand for the product range covered by the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to order part of the specified product range Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, subject to section 3. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims for damages or claims based on any other legal basis, to which the Contractor consents. 3. The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum value of the granted The Contractor's remuneration during the term of the contract will amount to 70% of the maximum value of the Contractor's remuneration referred to in § 5 section 1 of Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
