- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable protective clothing for patients and staff as well as protective articles for medical procedures.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 and Annex 2A (applies to task No. 11) to SWZ.
3. The contractor is obliged complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the template of the contract constituting Annex 5 to SWZ and Annex 5a (lending agreement in the scope of package No. 11)
4. CPV order dictionary: 33.14.10.00-0 - one -off, not chemical medical and hematological articles
5. allows you to submit partial offers.
a) The subject of the contract has been divided and described in 15 partial tasks.
b) The order may be carried out as part of the selected task, several tasks or for the entire order.
c) The quantities given in Annex 2 are an estimated annual consumption and may decrease to 20% of the unused quantity, without constituting the contracting authority's obligation to fully implement it, or the basis for the contractor to claim damages for not using the maximum value of the contract.

7. The applicant does not reserve the obligation to personal work by the contractor related to the subject of the contract.
