Description:
The subject of the contract are successive delivery of specialist drugs and dressings in the range and quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
Annex 2 to SWZ Qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract.
It guarantees that the minimum value of deliveries in the scope of a given task will be 75% of the maximum value of the contractor's remuneration in this task specified w The price form constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement - does not apply to tasks No. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7.
