Description:
The order includes successive deliveries of food products according to the orders placed by the Ordering Party, to the food warehouse at the Ordering Party's headquarters, within 12 months from the date of signing the contract. The ordered goods must be delivered and unloaded to the ordering party's warehouse at the contractor's expense. Delivery takes place si will be at least twice a week between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day following the telephone order on the previous day. The delivered articles must have a sufficiently long shelf life and a minimum validity period. Supplied articles must be manufactured and delivered in accordance with the requirements SANEPID and the HACCAP system. The subject of the order presented in the offer and delivered should comply with Polish Standards. Packed in original packaging marked with the name of the product, the name and registered office of the manufacturer, and the expiration date. The contractor will provide goods with a minimum validity period and descriptions in Polish, packaging intact.
