- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products in the range and estimated quantity specified in Annexes No. 1a) - 1j) to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), during the period of contract implementation and according to the needs of the Ordering Party. Deliveries will include: dairy products and products dairy products, meat and meat products, bread and confectionery, fish and fish products, frozen foods, vegetables and fruits, dry products, preserves, drinks and eggs - in the assortment and estimated quantity specified in Annexes No. 1a) - 1j) to the SWZ. Deliveries will be made to the Leśnik Recreation Center, street Bolesława Chrobrego 10, 66-220 Łagow. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and in the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8) PZP. Detailed the scope of deliveries is included in the order documents (SWZ and its annexes).
