Description:
1. The subject of the order is repeated periodic deliveries of food products for the Social Welfare Home in Pleszew in 2026. The delivered goods should be produced in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.2. Supplies made by the Contractor will be delivered to two places: 1) to the Ordering Party's facilities located at Plac Wolnoci im. Jana Pawa II 5, 63-300 Pleszew approx. 70% of the total assortment,2) to the Ordering Party's facilities located at ul. Pleszewska 2 in Fabianow, 63-330 Dobrzyca approx. 30% of the total assortment.3. The ordering party will specify the quantities together with each order placed goods divided by place of delivery in accordance with the provisions of point III.2. SWZ.4. The Ordering Party will place orders via e-mail, telephone or in person on business days between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. 5. The delivered goods constituting the subject of the contract must meet the applicable quality requirements, meets applicable sanitary and epidemiological standards and is stored and transported in conditions guaranteeing the highest quality.6.
