- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of frozen products to the Police School in Katowice, 2. A complete list of the assortment that is the subject of deliveries and the approximate number of products ordered is provided in the assortment, quality and value specification attached. No. 1A to SWZ. 3. Failure to complete column no. 3 above. specification (applies to Annex 1A) or proposing products that are inconsistent with the Ordering Party's requirements will be tantamount to rejecting the Contractor's offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law - as inconsistent with the terms of the order.4. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries for part 1 meet the specified requirements, the Ordering Party will request the Contractor to submit, along with the offer, product cards or other documents which will indicate their composition and fulfillment of the requirements. specified by the Ordering Party in the Product, Quantity and Value Specification constituting Annex No. 1A to SWZ.5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of supplementing the evidence in question.
