Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings are the successive deliveries of general food products in the scope of: Package I General food products.2. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the document entitled: Description of the subject of the order, constituting an annex to the SWZ and in accordance with the provisions of the template agreement, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Including, as part of the deliveries, the Ordering Party requires, among others: - The delivered assortment will be first class, fresh and marked in accordance with the applicable standard. Delivery according to net weight. - Continuous deliveries, 2-3 times a week from Monday to Friday, to the food warehouse the Ordering Party, between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with delivery and bringing into the warehouse as well as quantity and quality verification in the presence of the Contractor. In the event of an urgent need of the Ordering Party, delivery may be made third time a week or on Saturday. - The Ordering Party requires 2/3 of the deadline specified in the scope the shelf life of the product was reserved for the Ordering Party. - In the event of delivery of a smaller quantity of the product than provided for in the contract, the Contractor's remuneration will be adjusted based on the quantity actually delivered. by...
