Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of hydratized lime for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Branch in Szczecin - Pomorzany CHP plant, in an estimated total amount: 750 mg, including 500 mg (basic range) and 250 mg (option) with qualitative parameters and according to the specification specified in the attachmentNo. 1 to SWZ.
2. The landlord reserves the right to reduce the amount specified in the basic scope, throughout the entire period of the contract, specified in point 1, by no more than 50% (i.e. to a minimum amount of 250 mg).
3. The desire for the subject of the contract is an attachment to SWZ.implemented, in accordance with the conditions set out in the planned provisions of the contract and in the attachment to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
