Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of inhalational anesthetics along with the use of vaporizers for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. Additionally, the contractor is required to lend (for the entire duration of the contract) the equipment necessary to administer the drug - vaporizers, specified in detail in Annex 1.1.A on therules specified in the contract. The order is divided into 2 packages (parts). The specification of supplies is included in Annex No. 1.1, i.e. "Price form" and Annex 1.1.A, i.e. "List of anesthesia machines owned by the Ordering Party and vaporizers lent by the Contractor" to this Specificationication of the Order Terms. The remaining terms of the contract are specified in Annex No. 2 to the terms of reference ("Proposed provisions of the contract", regarding public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract). Agreements regarding individual packages will be concluded after zcompletion of this procedure for a period of 36 months.
