1. The subject of the order is the sale, delivery and launch of a new embryological laminar (called "chamber" or "device") with parameters and equipment indicated in SWZ. As part of the basic order, 1 piece of the device, under the right option, additional 1 piece of the device. Detailed description The subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ. The relevant provisions of the contract were specified in Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. A city of the implementation of the subject of the contract - delivery with the application and installation to the headquarters of the Ordering Party at ul. Miecznikowa 1, 02-096 Warsaw.
