Description:
1 A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a full list of assortment which is the subject of deliveries and the estimated number of ordered products were given in the specificationassortment and numerous, which is Annex 2 to SWZ. The quantities given are estimated and do not oblige the contracting authority to buy products in these quantities.
3. Based on art. 433 item 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority reserves the right to fail to realize the subject of the contract of valueup to 50% of the total gross salary. There is no financial and legal claims due to the non -realization of part of the order.
4. Delivery, unloading and bringing the subject of the contract will be carried out at the expense of the Contractor calculated in the price of the products covered by the granting agreementpublic procurement.
5. Delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out by means of transporting the contractor allowed for food transport.
6. The order will be carried out successively: from the date of signing the contract, not earlier than from July 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025 or until beforethe amount of gross total remuneration resulting from the contract.
7. The planned provisions of the contract regarding the public procurement in question, which will be entered into the content of the contract, were specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
