The subject of the order is the supplies of meat and meat products to prison No. 1 in Strzelce Opolskie divided into 4 parts:
Part 1 - pork and offal;
Part 2 - poultry and fresh poultry stomachs and hearts;
Part 3-chicken meat and forest products;
Part 4 - Products Pork meat and forest.
Part 1 - Pork and offal
1. Pork stew meters - lean, production, without bone, class I, estimated monthly demand is about 250 kg, successive deliveries twice a week, shelf life date not less than 5 days from the date of delivery. The quality of art. Food cannot differ from Polish standards. Quantity - 1450 kg;
2. Pork liver - estimated monthly demand is about 450 kg, successive delivery after about 100 kg, shelf life of not less than 4 days from the date of delivery. food cannot deviate from Polish standards. Quantity - 2,700 kg.
Part 2 - poultry meat, fresh poultry stomachs and hearts and hearts
1 bones, production, estimated monthly demand is about 800 kg, successive delivery 2 times a week, shelf life NO shorter than 5 days from the date of delivery. The quality of art. Food cannot differ from Polish standards. Quantity - 4,700 kg;
