Description:
1. The subject of the contract are successive delivery by the contractor of meat and sausages as well as poultry and poultry products in quantities and assortments described in detail in terms of generic, quality
and quantitative in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the goods), in accordance with with the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
2. In the event of a lack of demand for the goods covered by the subject of the contract in the quantity specified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, the Ordering Party reserves the right to fail to fail, with reservation of paragraph 3. Contractors are not entitled to any claims for damages or claims based on another legal basis, to which the Contractor agrees.
3. The applicant guarantees that the minimum value of orders awarded to the contractor during the period of the contract in the scope of a given The tasks will be 70 % of the value of this task specified in the price form constituting Annex 1 to the contract.
