Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of meat, cold meats and offal for the needs of the Social Welfare Home in Grudzidz for the next 12 months from the date of validity of the contract, i.e. from January 1, 2026. December 31, 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the price form, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Deliveries the subject of the order will be carried out throughout the duration of the contract on business days, by the Contractor's transport at the Contractor's own expense and responsibility, five times a week: from Monday to Friday from 7:309:30. The places where orders are fulfilled are the Ordering Party's warehouses, located in the facilities of the Social Welfare Home in Grudzidz at ul. Parkowa 12, ul. Nadgrna 30/32 and the Day Care Home at ul. Pisudskiego 111.
