Delivery of medical apparatus and supplementing the configuration of the intraoperative imaging device X-ray as part of the expansion of the hardware base of the Neurosurgery Department, as the implementation of the subsidy of the Lower Silesian Voivodship, the task "Improving the Healing Base" based on Agreement No. DZ-N/13/2025 of February 12, 2025.
The public procurement procedure is conducted in the tender mode unlimited on the basis of art. 132 and subsequent Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "PZP". Order procedure above the EU thresholds specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued on the basis of art. 3 of the PZP Act.
