Description: The procedure is carried out in an unlimited tender procedure based on art. 132 of the PZP.1 law. The subject of the contract are deliveries of medicinal products to drug programs according to the following parts: Task 1 - Task 27. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the OW Parts has been demonstrated and described in the "Price form" (Annex No. 2) and in the Agreement (Annex 3) constituting an integral part of the specification of the terms of the contract. In the event of a basis for entrusting the processing of personal data, the Contractor undertakes to sign a contract to entrust the processing of personal data (Annex 7 to SWZ). 3. Contractual conditions for the implementation of the public contract shall contain a contract of contract, which constitutes an integral part of the SWZ. Estimated value of the subject of the order without the right of options 29 117 025 PLN 03. In Section II.1.5. The announcements were given an estimated total value, taking into account the right of options.
