- The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products used in drug and chemotherapy programs for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The order is divided into 12 packages (parts).
The specification of deliveries is included in Annex 1.1 to these Terms of Purchase ("Price Form"). Other conditions of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the specification of the contract conditions ("Drafted contract provisions", regarding public procurement, which will be included in the content of the contract). Agreements regarding individual packages will be concluded after the end of this poseffective until December 31, 2024
