  • 1. Description of the subject of the contract
    1) the subject of the order are the supplies of office furniture, specified
    in the price form (Annex 1 to the contract template) and described in detail in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the contract template), together with their application to the building of the Poznań City Hall at ul. Gronowa 20 and assembly in the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party
    (V and 11th floor).
    2) The Ordering Party requires a 60 -month warranty for delivered office furniture.
    3) a detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract, has been specified in the contract template, constituting the attachment No. 10 to SWZ with attachments.

    1) to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority requires a declaration of conformity together with the offer, constituting Annex 9 to SWZ.
    2) if the contractor will not submit the subjective evidence referred to above, or the proof in question will be incomplete, the contracting authority will call the contractor to submit it or supplement it within the prescribed period.
