Description: 1. The subject of the order are disposable underwear delivery according to tasks 1-13. Ww. Parts of the subject of the contract have been demonstrated and described in the "Price form", which constituting an integral part of the specification of essential terms of the contract.
2. Place of exercise Supply - the registered office of the Ordering Party at ul. Gen. Augusta Emila Fieldorfa 2 in Wrocław.
3. Contracting conditions for the implementation of this public contract shall contain a contract for the Agreement, which constitutes an integral part of the SIWZ.
4. Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the order - 36 months. Delivery date: 3 days from the date of receipt of each order to the e-mail address of the Contractor.
5. Estimated value of the subject of the contract without the right of options PLN 1 986 119.80.
7. In Section II.1.5. This announcement has an estimated total value, taking into account the right of options.
