Description:
1 The subject of the contract are successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of Orthopedic Equipment and Auxiliary Auxiliaries for the Hospital Medical Store, hereinafter referred to as the Goods, described in detail in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the proposed provisions contracts constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
2 quantities of the goods specified in Annex 2 to SWZ are the maximum size and may be reduced depending on the needs of the contracting authority, in such a way that the value of the total amount of unmarried goods may not be greater than 50% of the value the agreement specified in § 5 para. 1. Annex No. 4 to SWZ. The possibility of reducing the quantity of goods means the right of the contracting authority to fail to be in full amount during the period of the contract and the return of goods already ordered on the principles described in § 3 para. 15. Annex 4 to SWZ. Performers There are no claims for damages or claims based on any other legal basis in relation to the contracting authority, which the contractor agrees.
