Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of personal protective equipment in connection with Covid-19 and sets for collecting material for Covid-19 tests according to the following parts:
- task 1 - task 10. The above mentioned parts of the subject of the contract have been shown and described in the "Price Form", which is an integral part of the Terms of Reference.
2. Place of performance of the above-mentioned deliveries - the seat of the Ordering Party at ul. Gen. August Emil Fieldorf 2 in Wrocław.
3. The contractual conditions for the performance of the public procurement in question are included in the contract template, which is an integral part of the Terms of Reference 4.
