Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of reagents along with the rental of analyzers and a laboratory IT system (LIS applies only to task No. 1) for the Independent Public Health Care Center in Parczew. A detailed list of the assortment divided into 5 tasks is included in the Appendix No. 3 to SWZ - Price form. The Ordering Party requires full compatibility of the offered reagents, control sera, calibrators and consumables with the offered analyzer.
The subject of the order must be new, admitted to trading on the basis of applicable legal provisions and compliant all requirements specified by law, in particular the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended) and the implementing acts to this Act, as well as free from any physical or legal defects and have a warranty on the date of delivery analyzers, in accordance with the Table of warranty and warranty service conditions, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. Reagents and other products will have a warranty for a period of min. 6 months.
