Description:
The subject of the order are the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of reagents and tests of the type and quantity specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, together with the lease of:
• an analyzer for performing Elisa tests with an additional microdust washer, a test machinestrip strips with a computer set, a scanner and a cradle, a fluorescence microscope with a camera for taking photos and a computer set enabling archiving photos from the microscope and the freezer - applies to task no.logical system with software - applies to task No. 3
described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ (the underlined entry applies to the task with a lease - task No. 1 and task No. 3). on the terms specified in the Appendixu No. 4 to SWZ.
The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted under open tender mode, it envisages the possibility of using the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above-mentioned procedure, the ordering party will first examine and evaluate the offers,and then will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
