1. The subject of the order are successive delivery by the Contractor to the contracting authority of reagents, calibrators, control and operational materials for performing hematology research,hereinafter referred to as the commodity, described in detail in the price form, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ together with the lease of 2 (two) analyzers for determining the parameters of blood counts (hereinafter referred to as devices or lease), described in detail in the list of required functionsand technical parameters constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
2. In the event of a lack of demand for the assortment covered by the subject of the contractassortment of the specified Annex 2 to SWZ, subject to paragraph 3. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims for damages or claims based on another legal basis, to which the Contractor agrees.In the period of the basic contract in terms of the basic scope will be 50% of the maximum value of the contractor, specified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
