- 1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery by the Contractor to the Employer's range for ablation treatments for the electrotherapy laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the goods) such as and in the quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ together with the lease of the PFA console (hereinafter referred to asinterchangeably with the device or the subject of the lease), described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ,
as well as other obligations arising from the contract aimed at enabling the Ordering Party to use the goods and leased device (the emphasized record applies to lease task - task No.1), on the terms set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.
2. At the time of the contract, the Contractor will provide a free deposit of goods at the Ordering Party's headquarters, referred to in para. 1, later called the "commission". On the terms specified in Annex 4 to SWZ, the Contractor undertakesdeliver goods to the Ordering Party in the form of a complement to the Commission referred to above and transfer the ownership of the goods to the Ordering Party upon their collection by the Ordering Party from the Commission, and the contracting authority undertakes to collect the goods and pay the agreed price for the goods collected from the commission.
3. In casethe lack of demand for the assortment covered by the subject of the contract, the Employer reserves the right not to mention part of the assortment of the specified Annex 2 to SWZ in the basic scope, subject to paragraph 4.
