Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of disposable medical products by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, i.e. according to the following tasks:
Task No. 1: Deliveries of clamps for stabilizing the skull flap;
Task No. 2: Deliveries of biopsy and gripping forceps;
Task No. 3: Needle suppliesfor transbronchial biopsy under the guidance of EBUS endoultrasound;
Task No. 4: Supplies of cervical collar pessaries (obstetrics);
Task No. 5: Supplies of jejunostomy sets, clamps and adapters;
Task No. 6: Supplies of accessories compatible with the Airvo 2 device;
Task No. 7: Deliveries inorks for preparing mixtures for parenteral nutrition;
Task No. 8: Supplies of respiratory circuits;
Task No. 9: Supplies of assortments for the bronchoscopic laboratory;
Task No. 10: Deliveries of devices for rapid blood transfusion, plugs for closing the probe or catheter;
Task No. 11: Aso deliveriesrtiment for an anesthesia machine;
Task No. 12: Deliveries of bagless breathing circuits;
Task No. 13: Deliveries of accessories for conducting functional tests of the respiratory system;
Task No. 14: Deliveries of assortment compatible with the Trilogy 202 ventilator owned by the Ordering Party.

2. The type, quantity and detailed description of the assortment covered by the subject of the contract are included in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
