Description:
1. The subject of the order are the deliveries of spare parts to Volkswagen company cars.
2. The Employer will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest assessed, in the scope of no grounds for exclusion and fulfillmentconditions for participation in the proceedings, in accordance with art. 139 para. 1 POPP (so -called inverted procedure)
3. In connection with the application of the procedure referred to in art. 1 of the POPP, the contracting authority does not require submitting a statement referred to in art. 125 para. 1UPZP (END). The contracting authority will demandthis statement only from the contractor, whose offer will be rated the highest.
4. Pursuant to art. 257 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure.
Delivery of spare parts to Volkswagen company cars for the KWP in Łodź
1.The subject of the order are the supplies of spare parts to Volkswagen company cars. 2. A detailed description of the terms of the contract was specified in the contract template - Annex 7 to SWZ. 3. The list of spare parts that are the subject of the contract was specified in the assortment and price formconstituting Annex 2 to SWZ. The amounts specified in the assortment and price form cannot constitute the basis for claims by the Contractor in the event of smaller needs of the Ordering Party. 4. The Employer guarantees the implementation of the contract in an amount not lower than 50 % of the contract value.
